What Sets Us Apart
San Antonio Orthodontic Patient Testimonials
- Two San Antonio offices, one team: Alamo Heights is at Austin Highway and Broadway; Stone Oak is just off Sonterra Blvd. Both keep the same hours, so you can book at whichever one is closer that week.
- Se habla español: Our team speaks Spanish, so families can ask questions and go through a treatment plan in the language they are most comfortable in.
- Complex cases stay in-house: Alongside braces and Invisalign, we treat bite problems and co-manage surgical orthodontics for cases where the jaw needs to move, not just the teeth.
- The cost conversation happens up front: We accept most major dental insurance plans, offer zero-interest financing and flexible payment plans, and give you the number before you commit. See insurance and payment options.
- Specialist training: Both of our orthodontists completed specialty residency training in orthodontics after dental school, which means they focus only on tooth and jaw alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose braces or Invisalign?
Both move teeth well, and the right answer depends on your bite and your habits. Invisalign comes out for meals and photos, which most adults prefer, but the aligners only work if you wear them 20 to 22 hours a day. Braces stay on and give us more control over complex movement. We will tell you honestly whether one option will get you the result you want.
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
It depends on what we’re correcting. Simple alignment finishes faster than a case involving bite correction or jaw growth. We give you a time estimate at your consultation, based on your own images rather than an average.
Which office should I go to?
Whichever is closer. Alamo Heights is at Austin Highway and Broadway, and Stone Oak is just off Sonterra Blvd. Both offices keep the same hours and the same team, so call the one nearest you or request a consultation and tell us which location works.
